DMS data extraction
A key component of our overall service delivery. Data is extracted from your current data management system (dealer DMS or CRM) and ‘pushed’ to our dedicated UK-based server. Data confidentiality is guaranteed – even between ‘parent-owned’ brands. You own the data throughout the process.
We analyse your data, highlight untapped opportunities and work with you to develop an effective customer contact strategy. This usually determines the total project cost and anticipates the ROI to be generated by the activity.
We capture key missing customer details such as mobile numbers, email addresses and contact preferences as we work though your customer contact plan. We also capture missing vehicle data such as future service or MOT dates or future purchase renewal information, maximising your future business opportunities. This valuable information can be sent back to you to enhance you database or kept within our dialler in order to trigger a new contact at the due date.
Call-It Automotive has developed a strong predictive algorithm which calculates future event dates for services and MOT’s. This information can be added to your existing DMS/CRM database to ensure you have the most up-to-date customer and future business opportunities information. This is not an exact science but we measure a 68% accuracy in our predictions.

As part of our standard solution, Call-It Automotive will provide you with data correction files to update your records in-house if you have the resources to do this. If not, we will provide the critical resources to update your DMS or CRM database.
